Order Policies
Please review these before confirming your order. They protect both you and us, and keep the process clear.
Booking & Payment
- •Orders are confirmed only after downpayment, which secures your production slot.
- •Suggested: 50% downpayment to start layout; full payment before release/shipping.
- •For rush orders, full payment upfront is recommended.
Layout & Approval
- •Layout begins after downpayment AND complete details.
- •Layout/proofing may take a few days depending on the queue.
- •Minor corrections are included. Excessive layout changes may extend the timeline; major design changes may incur an additional fee.
- •The client is responsible for checking all names, spellings, titles, dates, times, and venues before approval. The final approved layout is the basis for printing. Errors found after approval and printing are the client's responsibility; reprints will be charged.
Cancellation
- •Personalized/customized orders cannot be cancelled once layout or production has started. Downpayments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Timeline
- •Timelines are estimates and depend on invitation type, quantity, materials, add-ons, revision speed, and approval speed. Delays in client approvals or details extend the timeline accordingly.
Rush Orders
- •Subject to checking; rush fees may apply; not always available for premium invitation types.
Delivery
- •Pickup, delivery, or courier shipping available. Shipping fees shouldered by the client.
- •We pack items securely, but courier handling is beyond our control.
Materials
- •Slight variations in color, paper texture, dried flowers, and wax seals are natural and part of the handmade character of each piece. Printed colors may vary slightly from screen colors.
Portfolio / Sample Works / Photo Usage
- •We may upload sample works, printed invitations, envelopes, layouts, and finished products on our Facebook page, website, or other social media platforms for portfolio and marketing purposes. If the client wants their details/photos to remain private, they must inform us before ordering.
